Tennessee VINE Courts is a service that lets victims of crime and other concerned citizens check court case status in Tennessee via phone, web, or app.
Why Use TN VINE Courts?

The service is offered free of charge to all registrants.

The defendant will not know you are registered with this service.

Sends automatic notifications when a court case changes, even in the middle of the night.

How It Works
Register with VINE
To access court case status information and register to be notified:
If there is court case information available, you can register to receive notifications about the following:
- Court Case Status
- Upcoming Hearing Date, Time, and Location
Get Notifications
VINE Courts allows you to select your preferred notification method:
- Phone
- Text
- In-App
- TTY
Once you are registered, VINE Courts will notify you of court case status changes, such as:
- Court Case Status
- Upcoming Hearing Date, Time, and Location
Phone Registration Tips
- If registering a phone number, you will be asked to create a four-digit personal identification number (PIN). When VINE Courts calls, listen to the message. The PIN will be used to confirm that the call was received. Make sure your PIN is easy to remember.
- You can register multiple phone numbers and email addresses for notifications.
- Do not register a phone number that rings to a switchboard.
- If you do not answer a notification call, VINE Courts will leave a message and will continue calling back, for a minimum of 24 hours, or until you enter your PIN.
- Write down your PIN and keep it in a safe place. For safety reasons, do not share this information with others.
- If you forget your PIN, call the toll-free number and select zero. You will be transferred to an operator who can help you reset your PIN, or cancel the notification.
IMPORTANT: If your phone number or email changes, it is your responsibility to call VINE Courts at 1-888-868-4631 or go to www.vinelink.com and follow the instructions on how to change your phone, text, TTY, or email registration. Unless you update your information, VINE Courts will be unable to contact you when necessary.
