Blount County Sheriff James Berrong Awards TSA Scholarship to Potenza, Talbott and Stott

Sophia Hollie-Marie Potenza the daughter of Deputy Freddie Delano Potenza, III will be using her $500.00 scholarship to attend Austin Peay State University.

Amber Renee Stott was awarded a $500.00 scholarship toward attending East Tennessee State University. Her father is Patrol LT. Doug Moore.

Haley Michele Talbott who is attending Maryville College and is the daughter of Deputy Ronald Talbott. She was awarded a $500.00 scholarship.

Sheriff Eric Watson, Bradley County, Awards TSA Scholarships to Scoggins and Smith

Katelin Alyssa Scoggins will be attending Bryan College in the fall. Katelin is the daughter of Detective Dewayne Scoggins.

Matthew Kyle Smith, son of Chief Deputy Brian K. Smith, recently received his $500.00 TSA Scholarship. Matthew is attending Chattanooga State Community College.

Bowling awarded TSA Scholarships by Sheriff Dexter Lunceford, Carter County

Kaitlyn Danielle Bowling was presented a TSA scholarship from Carter County’s Sheriff Lunceford for $500.00. Kaitlyn, who will be attending East Tennessee State University is the daughter of Kristie Bowling, HR Manager.

Sheriff Casey Cox awarded a scholarship to Cumberland County resident Claflin

Robert Allen Claflin will be attending East Tennessee State University and is the son of Jail Administrator, Tim Claflin. He was presented his $500.00 TSA award by Sheriff Casey Cox.

Sheriff Daron Hall, Davidson County, honors Hampton, Hindsley, Oliver and Pearson

Christopher Wade Hampton, son Lt. Christopher Hampton, will be attending University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Christopher received a $500.00 Scholarship from the TSA.

Travis Allen Hindsley, son of Davidson County Sheriff Officers Kelly and Tim Hindsley was given a $500.00 Scholarship to attend Austin Peay in the fall.

Carube Myrsha Oliver will be attending Tennessee State University where she will be crediting her $500.00 TSA Scholarship. Her mother is Jessie Oliver, case manager.

Paige Marie Pearson is the daughter of Lori and Administrator Corley Pearson. She will be using her $500.00 scholarship while attending Austin Peay in the fall.

Gibson County Sheriff Thomas awards TSA scholarship to Sherwood

Michaela Renee’ Sherwood received a $500.00 scholarship to help her attend Bethel University. She is the daughter of Sentencing Clerk, Judi Sherwood.

Sheriff Kyle Helton, Giles County, Awards TSA Scholarship to Helton

Hollis Shaw Helton was awarded a $500.00 Scholarship from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association. He will be attending Columbia State Community College. He is the son of Sheriff Kyle Helton.

Greene County Sheriff Pat Hankins Awards TSA Scholarship to Hankins, Price, and Rader

Amee LeAnn Hankins, daughter of Sheriff Pat Hankins will be attending the University of Tennessee Knoxville, in the fall. Amee received a $500.00 check from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association.

Chelsey Deneen Price will be attending Tusculum College crediting her $500.00 TSA Scholarship check to the fall semester. Chelsey is the daughter of Patrol Sgt. Toby Price.

Megan Elizabeth Rader is the daughter of Deputy Terry Rader and will be attending East Tennessee Sate University. She was awarded a TSA Scholarship of $500.00.

Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Hammond Awards TSA Scholarships to Butler, Poole,

Shephard and Sims

TSA awarded $500 scholarships to these family members of the HCSO active county law enforcement personnel who are attending higher education and met the requirements of the TSA Scholarship Program. Barrett Reed Poole, son of Jimi Hammond, Information Technology Division, will be attending the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Emerald Leanne Butler, daughter of Daric Butler, motor pool fleet technician received her Scholarship to attend Middle Tennessee State University. Kaitlyn Marie Shepherd will be attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is the daughter of Lt. Shaun Shepherd. William Bryan Clark Sims will be attending Tennessee Technological University. He is the son of SRO Deputy Regina Raulston.

Burns and Davis awarded TSA Scholarships by Sheriff Chris Davis, Humphreys County

Ellie Anna Burns is the daughter of Sheriff Davis’ Administrative Assistant, Brandy Burns. Ellie also received a $500.00 Scholarship and will be attending Austin Peay University.

Eran Norelle Davis, daughter of Sheriff Davis was awarded a $500.00 scholarship from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association. Eran will be attending Trevecca Nazarene University in the fall.

TSA Scholarship awarded to Northcutt by Lauderdale County Sheriff Steve Sanders

Kaleb Brian Northcutt was awarded a $500.00 Scholarship from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association. He is the son of Records clerk, Amy Northcott and will be attending the University of Memphis.

Sheriff Mark Gammons, Macon County, Awards TSA Scholarship to Crawford, Griggs,

and Satterfield

Braxton Phillip Crawford be attending Volunteer State Community College in the fall. Braxton is the son of Detective Donnie Crawford.

The Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association awarded a $500.00 scholarship to  Lauren Delaine Griggs. Lauren is the daughter of Major Troy Griggs and Step daughter of Sheriff Mark Gammons. She will be attending Volunteer State.

Sara Deshea Satterfield, daughter of Chief Deputy Bryon Satterfield, will be attending Tennessee Tech University. Where her $500.00 TSA scholarship will maintain her dreams.

Brandon Griffin Mount who is attending Jackson State Community College and is the step-son of Jail Administrator Captain Tom Rudder was awarded a $500.00 scholarship by the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association.

Marshall County Sheriff Billy Lamb Awards TSA Scholarship to Gaylon and Oliver

Cara Blakely Galyon, daughter of Deputy Michael Galyon, will be attending Tennessee Tech in the fall.

Sheriff Billy Lamb, presented the TSA Scholarship to the daughter of Deputy/ SRO Michael P. Galyon , Cara Galyon. Cara will be attending Tennessee Tech University.

Sheriff Billy Lamb presents Bryce Oliver a TSA scholarship for $500.00. Bryce is the son of Captain Jimmy Oliver and Becky Oliver. Bryce will be attending TN Tech University.

Sheriff Steve Ross, Polk County, awards TSA Scholarship to Epperson

Rachel Michelle Epperson is the daughter of Sgt. Brian Epperson. Rachel was presented a $500.00 TSA scholarship to attend Lee University by Sheriff Steve Ross.

Putnam County Sheriff Eddie Farris Awards TSA Scholarship to Farris

Jaclyn Brooke Farris, daughter of Sheriff Farris received a $500.00 Scholarship from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association. She is attending Tennessee Tech University.

Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh, Rutherford County, Awards TSA Scholarships to Hendrixson

Jacob Daniel Hendrixson, son of Capt. Barry Hendrixson of the School Resource Officer’s Division awarded a $500.00 scholarship to attend Middle Tennessee State University.

Sheriff Oldham, Shelby County, Awards TSA Scholarships to Banks, Bishop, Chapple,

Dotson, Fields, Grandberry, Goodwin, Jewell, Pigrum,  Roberts, Tresvant, Thompson,  

Wright, Young and Yzaguirre.

Destanie Denise Banks is the daughter of Deputy Jailer Latosha Nadia. Destanie will be attending Middle Tennessee State University where her $500.00 scholarship will be beneficial to her future endeavors.

Gavin Chase Bishop will be attending, in the fall, East Tennessee State University and was the recipient of a $500.00 scholarship. He is the son of Lieutenant Terry Bishop.

Briana Renee Chapple is the daughter of Shanette R. Chapple, with Communications. She was awarded a $500.00 Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association scholarship to attend the University of Memphis.

Xavier Emir Dotson is the son of Deputy William Dotson, III. He received a $500.00 TSA scholarship that will go toward his attendance to the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga.

Kirklynn Dorothy Fields will be attending the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga. Kirklynn is the daughter of Assistant Chief Jailer Kirk Fields.

Jordan Deshun Goodwin will be attending the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Jordan is the son of Detective Delmas Goodwin. The $500.00 scholarship will help in his academic endeavors.

Brandon Tyler Grandberry is the son of Jail Processing Specialist, LaToya Grandberry. With the $500.00 scholarship, he plans to attend Southwest Tennessee Community College.

Robert is the son of Detective Robert Jewell, Sr. He will be attending the University of Memphis and was awarded a $500.00 scholarship.

Jaimerin Maria Pigrum will be attending the University of Memphis. She is the daughter of LT. Erin Pigrum, she was awarded a $500.00 scholarship.

Alexis Rapheal Roberts was awarded a $500.00 scholarship to attend Middle Tennessee State University. Deputy Jailer Malisha Roberts is her mother.

Kaitlyn Alexandria Thompson received a $500.00 TSA scholarship and will be attending Austin Peay State University in the fall. Kaitlyn is the daughter of Breon Williams, Jail Processing Specialist.

Bria Nichelle Tresvant will be attending the University of Memphis and was awarded a $500.00 scholarship. Bria is the daughter of Deputy Jailer Tijuana Taylor.

Austin is the son of Donald Scott Wright, Assistant Chief Deputy. Austin Scott Wright will also be attending the University of Tennessee Knoxville, with a $500.00 scholarship.

Mykenzi Kathleen Young received a $500.00 TSA scholarship to go toward her attendance to the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga. Mykenzi is the daughter of Deputy Jailer Wesley Andrew Young, Sr.

Michael Paul Yzaguirre is the son of Detective Marco Yzaguirre. Michael will be attending the University of Memphis and was awarded a $500.00 scholarship.

Sullivan County Sheriff Wayne Anderson awards Scholarship to Meade

Ashley Yvonne Meade was the recipient of a $500.00 TSA scholarship in her pursuit to attend Northeast State Community College. She is the daughter of Lt. David Meade.

Sheriff Jeff Long, Williamson County, Awards TSA scholarships to Frantz

Aubrey Louise Frantz is the daughter of Jack Frantz, SRO Division SGT. Aubrey was awarded a $500.00 scholarship to help her attend Northeast State Community College
